By accessing or using ZentiKO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Service Description

ZentiKO provides a cloud-based workforce management platform including task management, day-off requests, team chat, and field service tools. Services are provided on a subscription basis.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ZentiKO only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the service to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with other users.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

ZentiKO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
