ZentiKO add-ons
Three questions every dispatch decision depends on
ZentiKO answers who goes where, and when. Three add-ons answer the rest. Each one adds to the task your team already uses.
Know who the task is for before it starts
Customers, their sites, what they have contracted and each unit of their equipment, connected to the task your dispatchers already create.
For whom: which customer, which of their sites, under what contract, on which unit of equipment.

The right address, without retyping.
The task's customer picker lists each site as "Client — Site". On task types with a Counterparty site field, the site is picked in that field instead.
The exact unit of equipment.
Customer product and Service fields name the unit and the work done on it. Equipment with serial numbers is registered one unit at a time.
Every visit, on record.
Each task is listed on the customer, the product and the unit. The next visit starts from the last one, even if a different technician did it.

Materials reserved before the agent leaves
Reserve the materials when the task is planned, see a shortfall before dispatch, and record what was used and what came back against the same task.
With what: which materials, reserved before the agent leaves, from which batch, still in date.

Shortfalls show on the task, before dispatch.
Task types get Reserve materials and Issue materials actions over the task's materials list. When stock runs short, the task shows it while there is still time to act.
The stock journal and the task agree.
Material used posts as "Used on a task". Material that comes back posts as a return from that task.
Expired stock is not promised.
Batch and expiry tracking keep stock that can't be used out of reservations. The warehouse keeper's phone keeps recording offline, in places with no signal.

Only qualified people can be assigned
Courses, certifications and skills become part of scheduling. When a task needs a qualification, only people who hold it can be assigned.
By whom: someone qualified to do this work, whose certificate has not expired.

A missing skill blocks the assignment.
When a task type requires a skill at HARD level, every way of assigning the task refuses people without it. There is no warning to click through and no override.
Certificates grant skills and expire.
When a certificate expires, the skill it granted goes with it, and fewer people can be assigned. You see it before an auditor or an insurer does.
Courses on the phone, proof for the audit.
Assign a course with a due date. It is taken on the phone and ends in a certificate PDF with a verification code. A compliance report and a transcript per person show who is qualified.
