Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, company name, and phone number when you register, contact us, or request a demo. We also collect usage data including device information, browser type, and interaction data to improve our services.

In addition to the above, the ZentiKO mobile app collects precise location data (GPS coordinates) from field-agent devices. See the "Location Data" section below for full details.

Location Data

The ZentiKO mobile app collects precise location data (GPS coordinates) from field-agent devices to power the following in-app features:

• Attendance tracking — recording check-in / check-out events and the office or job site the agent reports from.
• Live agent location for dispatchers — sharing the agent's GPS position with their organization's dispatcher map so dispatchers can assign nearby tasks, verify on-site arrivals, and reroute work as priorities change.

Background collection. Location is collected in the background, even when the app is closed or not in use, but only while the agent is checked in for their shift. Before any location collection begins, the agent must grant explicit in-app consent through a prominent disclosure screen and then approve the operating system location permission. While collection is active, a persistent foreground notification on the agent's device shows that location tracking is running.

Who sees this data. Location data is shared only with dispatchers and administrators within the agent's own organization through the ZentiKO platform. We do not sell, rent, or share location data with any third party for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes. The data is stored on ZentiKO's secure servers.

Retention. Real-time GPS pings are retained for 90 days to support attendance auditing and route review, after which they are automatically deleted. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be retained longer for product analytics. When an organization's account is closed, all associated location data is deleted within 30 days.

Your controls. Agents can:

• Decline the in-app consent prompt; the app continues to work for chat, tasks, and other non-location features.
• Check out at any time to stop location collection immediately.
• Revoke the operating system location permission at any time through their device's system Settings.
• Request deletion of historical location data by contacting privacy@zentiko.com.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your account and updates, send marketing communications (with your consent), and ensure the security of our platform.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate our platform, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights. All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, regular security audits, and access controls to protect your information.

Your Rights
