Location Data

The ZentiKO mobile app collects precise and approximate location data while the app is running, and in the background when an active task is assigned to the user. This data is used to:

• Show your position to your dispatcher for task assignment and routing
• Record arrival times at task sites
• Enable map and navigation features

Location is collected only while you are logged in as a field agent. Background location collection stops when you log out or disable location permission. Location data is transmitted over HTTPS to our backend, stored on our servers for the duration required for task history and audit logs, and is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate our platform, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights. All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements.
